I'm having trouble with Yapi Kredi Bank, which is frustrating. Even though I closed my file in execution, they still haven't unblocked my account. I went to the execution office, paid 120 TL, and sent a letter to all banks asking them to unblock the accounts. But, even though several days have passed, I still can't get into my blocked account. When I tried to solve this problem, I was told to go to the bank's headquarters, but I couldn't reach the general management team. I need to get into my account right away and use my money as planned. Yapi Kredi, it's time to stop blocking my account and start respecting the rights of your customers.
