Yapi Kredi Bank Charges Me for an Unused Account
I've been having trouble with Yapi Kredi Bank for a long time. Even though I don't use my account often, they keep taking fees out of it, so every two months it goes into the red. When I call their customer service, they say that my account is still active, but they don't give me any real help. I've asked several times to close the account, but they keep putting me off and even send me to their unhelpful automated response system. It's very annoying, and I want them to close my account right away. Their hotline for customer service is very robotic and doesn't seem to get anywhere.
