Yapi Kredi Bank's Unbelievable Response: Loyalty Doesn't Count!
For years, I've been a loyal customer of Yapi Kredi Bank, using their credit card without incident. When I recently complained about a 357 TL annual credit card fee, I was met with shocking indifference from their customer service. Despite my repeated calls to express my displeasure, they failed to register my complaint. On the third call, another customer service representative advised me to pay off the debt with my accumulated points, which was the same advice I had previously received. It's absurd to think that I'd spend an entire year participating in campaigns and spending money to earn points, only to use those points to pay off my annual credit card fee! This offer appeared to be an attempt to deceive me. I declined the proposal and informed them that if the annual fee was not refunded, I would cancel my card. They promptly closed my account, much to my surprise. This incident exemplifies how Yap Kredi Bank treats its loyal, long-term customers. Consider this when evaluating their services.
