Money Stuck at the ATM, My Trust Is Shattered as Yapıkredi Bank Returns It Incomplete

On the 27th of November 2023, I visited the ATM with number 104244 to pay off my commercial credit card debt of ₺80,000 in ₺200 banknotes, totaling 400 notes. At 21:30:40, the ATM started dispensing cash, and the trouble began. It first handed out ₺25,000, followed by ₺14,800. After queuing again, it dispensed another ₺25,000. As I was about to receive the final ₺15,200, a strange noise came from the ATM, and to my dismay, I found two ₺200 bills stuck. I managed to retrieve them, but the remaining ₺14,800 got jammed. I recorded a video, reported the issue to customer service with Reference No. 13353641, and left the ATM. The next day, on the 28th of November 2023, ₺14,200 was credited to my account. Suspecting an error, I requested further investigation with Reference No. 13356387, citing a ₺600 shortfall. The response was negative. With our trust shaken, an urgent solution is needed for this ₺600 discrepancy.
