Honda PCX Motorcycle Tire Issue

On March 10th, I purchased a brand new Honda PCX motorcycle from the Milas Bodrum Kivrak dealer. During my first ride, however, I noticed that the rear tire was bouncing and causing problems. So, on March 15th, I returned it to the Milas dealership at 42 kilometers, and they discovered that the rear Michelin City Grip tire was defective from the factory. They advised me to take the motorcycle to the Kivrak Motor service center in Bodrum for an additional inspection. Despite the fact that the motorcycle has been at the service center for six days, they are still waiting for warranty approval. They haven't fixed the tire or the problem if there is one, and it's very frustrating. I paid 7,500 TL for a fully equipped motorcycle that is now just sitting there looking for attention. It's absurd that something as simple as changing a tire on a brand-new motorcycle can take so long to repair. As a long-time Honda customer, I hope the company takes this issue seriously and addresses it as soon as possible. I'm very dissatisfied with their lack of attention and prompt service, and I'm still waiting for a resolution to this issue.
