Yalla Ludo Account Blocked

My Yalla Ludo account with the in‑game name ZOYA and ID 43*** was blocked about three years ago. I had been inactive for around five to six days and, when I logged in again, I saw a message stating that my account was blocked until 2075‑03‑25. My Yalla Chat account was also linked to this Yalla Ludo account. I was never informed about any specific violation and I do not know the reason for this block. I believe there may be a mistake or an automatic action that affected my account without clear explanation. I kindly request that you review my Yalla Ludo account, clearly inform me of the exact reason for the block, and, if possible, remove the restriction and restore full access to my ID so that I can continue using your services.
