Okey Yalla Blocks My Account Until 2036 With No Explanation

When I tried to log into the Okey Yalla game through Google, I saw that my account had been blocked. When I tried to log in last night, I got a warning saying my account was blocked until July 7, 2036. I've never engaged in cursing, cheating, rule violations, or any unusual activity in the game before, so running into a suspension this long really surprised me and left me feeling wronged.
My username in the game is "Abdullah27." I don't accept having my account blocked for this long without any reason given. I'm requesting that the reason be clearly stated, that a proper investigation be carried out, that the situation be corrected if this was done unfairly, and that my account be reopened.
