I Demand Okey Yalla Explain Why My Account Is Suspended

When I try to log into the Okey Yalla app from my Android phone, I get an "Your account has been blocked" warning, and I see that my account has been suspended until July 7, 2036. On top of that, I have another account showing a block until July 8, 2036. However, I have not engaged in any negative behavior in-game — no cheating, cursing, insults, or rule violations of any kind.
I find it extremely unfair to be given such a long suspension without any warning, explanation, or justification. I haven't yet reached out to support about this within the app, because I don't even know what I'm being accused of.
I'm requesting that I be clearly informed of the reason my accounts were blocked, and that a proper investigation be carried out so that these suspensions can be lifted if they were issued unfairly. Otherwise, if my account remains inaccessible, I will delete the app entirely and never use it again.
