Zynga Unjustly Denies Access To My Account

on May 6, 2023, I tried to log into my account and got hit with a notification that said, "Sorry, you can't access the game right now because you didn't follow the rules." It was a total shock! never broken any rule, never s or done anything wrong, this ban is so unfair, got me feeling super frustrated. can you please look into this, it's really important that you take a moment to hear me out and fix the issue so I can get back into my account ASAP. I've been playing Zynga games forever, and this ban with no explanation is a real bummer. my Zynga ID: 738*****998 so you can check out my account and fix the problem. Thanks!
