Unable to Reset Yahoo Mail Password, Recovery Email Not Working After Years of Use

I’m incredibly frustrated with Yahoo Mail. I forgot my password and have been trying to reset it, but I’m not receiving the recovery link at my backup email address. I’ve tried other methods, but none of them work, and I keep getting the message, “Sorry, please try again later.” I’ve been using this email address since 1996, and all my important account logins are tied to it. Now, I can’t access anything! They’re telling me to call a 1-800 number for support, but my English isn’t good enough to explain my problem over the phone. Yahoo, I need immediate assistance to regain access to my account! This issue is unacceptable!
