Unable to Access My Hotmail Account Despite Knowing Password and Security Answers

I cannot access my Hotmail account (s*********@hotmail.com) even though I know the password and the answer to the security question. I’ve reached out for help and support multiple times, but there’s been no response. This is extremely frustrating as all my other accounts are linked to this email, and now I can’t access any of them. I’ve been dealing with this issue for years, and there seems to be no way to contact someone who can actually resolve it. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account and reconnect with my other linked services. Please, Microsoft, resolve this!
