I am unable to reset my password despite entering my email correctly. I’ve tried several times to recover my account, but every time I request a password reset, it says "login failed." My email is y**********@hotmail.com, and I can't update my password or access my account at all. I need help to regain access to my account as I’ve been locked out and can’t find a solution. Please assist me in resolving this issue and recovering my account as soon as possible.
