XM Global Deposit Not Credited After Bank Transfer

I made a bank transfer of ₺3,100 on 03.03.2026 to an intermediary of XM Global named Ayhan E*** in order to fund my XM Global trading account. Although the payment was completed from my side and I have the transaction receipt and details, the amount has still not been reflected in my application account. After contacting XM Global, I was informed that the money would be credited within 24 hours. However, this period has passed and the balance has still not appeared in my account, which is causing me serious concern and loss of confidence. I request that the ₺3,100 I sent be credited to my XM Global account immediately together with its accrued interest for the delay, and that I be clearly informed about what caused this issue and the delay in processing my payment. Otherwise, I will have to apply to the relevant authorities and pursue my legal rights.

The ₺3,100 I paid has still not been refunded to my account. The response time is very slow, and communication is only handled via email. This situation is causing concern and has seriously undermined my trust.
