XM Global Hasn’t Credited My $460 Bank Transfer After 24 Hours

Yesterday at 1:39 PM, I made an online bank transfer of $460 from my VakıfBank account to an account belonging to XM Global, account number 110277704. However, even though 24 hours have passed, the money has still not been credited to my XM Global account in any way.
As soon as I received the transaction receipt, I emailed it to customer support and also reported the issue multiple times via messages. Despite this, I have received no response at all—neither my emails nor my messages have been answered.
The fact that my money is missing and that there has been complete silence in communication is causing me serious distress. I request that XM Global urgently investigate this $460 transaction and either credit the full amount to my trading account or refund the amount back to my VakıfBank account.
