I got myself a Xiaomi Vacuum Mob 2 Lite robot vacuum from their official store about a month back, after just six cleaning cycles, the vacuum didn't do what I was hoping, not cleanin well to be precise. they said it would map everything out and clean like a pro, but it totally fell short. most importantly, it just dumped all the hair it picked up on the carpet and didn't even bother to clean properly.contacted the support team because I was worried about something and told them what was going on. They told me that a software update would fix the issue and make the vacuum create better floor maps. I was totally counting on them to give me the update, but they never came through. with confidence after all this struglle I can say that their device just sucks... It can't even pick up the dirt properly, leaving my carpets still dirty. decided to return it and claim the warranty, sent the product back to Xiaomi, they gave back the vacuum saying it was all good and working perfectly. no guys, you are mistaken.
