I purchased a Xiaomi S1 Active smartwatch, and within a short period, the silicone strap tore (the same issue happened to a friend). I couldn't find a replacement strap in the exact color anywhere. As the product was under warranty, I sent it to the specified service center for replacement. They claimed it was due to user error and demanded an exorbitant fee, even though I couldn't find the exact color (described as midnight blue) needed. Naturally, I refused and requested my watch back. Xiaomi, a supposedly reputable brand, sells defective products and then demands outrageous prices for replacement parts. To add insult to injury, they sent my watch back with postage due, just like my experience with their robot vacuum.
