I purchased a Redmi Watch 5 Active Matte Silver (Serial No: 57766/B6AFMN5N229020) on May 11, 2025, under the warranty of Xiaomi Turkey Teknoloji (Tax No: 8440992279). In less than a month of normal daily use, the strap connection point detached, despite the watch showing no signs of damage, impact, or even a single scratch, as clearly visible in the attached photos. Despite this, I was charged for the repair, and the amount requested — ₺3,310 — is significantly higher than the market value, which I find completely unreasonable. I am filing a formal complaint against Xiaomi Turkey Teknoloji for not standing behind a product that is clearly defective. As it stands, I am unable to use the watch and am being subjected to a frustrating and unnecessary process just to assert my consumer rights, which has left me feeling both let down and unfairly treated.
