Xiaomi Power Bank Sent to Wrong Address After Repair

I bought a Xiaomi power bank from Dora Company and unfortunately, the product stopped working just two days later. I brought it to Genpa service, but unfortunately, they don't provide service for products from Dora Company.

I shipped the product to Dora Company in Istanbul using a cargo service. I was given the news that it had been fixed and returned to me. Unfortunately, the product was delivered to Mersin instead of Adana, where I reside.

I attempted to reach out to them via phone in order to rectify this matter, however, my calls went unanswered.
