Xiaomi Mi Vacuum S10T Robot Vacuum Mapping Won't Work

I bought the Xiaomi Mi Vacuum S10T Robot vacuum cleaner from Vatan Bilgisayar on February 26, I used it until June 1, on June 1, the laser radar gave an error of off and on and started to rotate around itself, I sent it to the service on June 4, I sent the product I received on July 1 to the service on July 2 with the error of not mapping and rotating around itself, I sent the product I received on July 20 to the service again on July 22 with the same error, I received the product today, August 16, I just tried it and the product gives the same error. The product, which went to the service 3 times, was delivered to us with the statement that software was installed and software support was provided. The mapping error continues to wait for a solution from Xiaomi.
