Wyndham Rewards Wouldn't Let Me Redeem My Points
On August 29, 2025, I wanted to redeem my Wyndham Rewards points for a one-night stay at Ramada by Wyndham Antalya. Even though I had enough points in my account, the hotel refused to let me use them, claiming that a minimum stay of 15 nights was required for reward bookings.
When I contacted the hotel, I was also told that paid reservations were available, but rooms could not be booked using Wyndham Rewards points. I believe this practice is unfair and undermines the purpose of the Wyndham Rewards loyalty program.
I could not find any written policy on the hotel's official website or within the Wyndham Rewards program stating that a 15-night minimum stay is required to redeem points. This was my first attempt to use my Wyndham Rewards points, and because of this unexpected restriction, I was forced to book a stay at another hotel.
I request that I be allowed to redeem my Wyndham Rewards points for a one-night stay on August 29, 2025, and that Wyndham provide a clear explanation of this policy and resolve the inconvenience I experienced. My reservation/customer number is 0530*******59.
