Wyndham Rewards Won't Let Me Book With Points
I have been staying at Wyndham properties for a long time and earning points through the Wyndham Rewards program. However, for about three weeks, even though I have enough points in my account, the system keeps giving me an error whenever I try to make a reservation using my points.
For example, when I try to book an available room at Ramada by Wyndham Mersin for 7,500 points, the system shows the room as available. However, when I attempt to complete the booking, I receive the error message: "We're sorry, something went wrong with your Point redemption. Please try again." The same issue occurs when I try different hotels and different dates. Every time, the system gives the same error and prevents me from booking with points.
It is extremely frustrating that points earned through a customer loyalty program cannot be used because of what appears to be a system error. I request that this issue be reviewed in detail, that the necessary system corrections be made so I can use my points to complete reservations without errors, and that I receive a written response regarding the resolution.
