Wyndham Rewards Points Not Returned After Cancellation
I made two separate reservations using my Wyndham Rewards points for November 12–13 and November 12–14, and I canceled both reservations on the same day. I received confirmation emails for both cancellations, along with the cancellation reference numbers 81418e057944X and 8148e057853X.
I expected a total of 22,500 Wyndham Rewards points to be returned to my account. However, despite the cancellation confirmations and the passage of time, my points have still not been restored. The points remain unavailable, leaving me unable to use them for new reservations.
I request that the 22,500 Wyndham Rewards points associated with these two canceled reservations be restored to my account immediately and in full. I also request a written explanation regarding the reason for the delay and confirmation that the issue has been resolved.
