Wyndham Rewards Never Credited My Stay Points

As a Wyndham Rewards member, I stayed for two nights from January 20–22, 2025. Based on that stay, I should have earned approximately 2,000 Wyndham Rewards points, but no points were ever credited to my account.

After my stay, I contacted Wyndham Rewards within the required timeframe—well before one month had passed—to report the missing points and request that they be added to my account.

The customer service representative gave me several reasons why the points supposedly could not be credited. However, I later learned that other members in the same situation did receive their points. That made it clear to me that the explanations I was given were inaccurate and that my request was not handled fairly. Now, when I raise the issue again, Wyndham is refusing to help by claiming that the request is outside the allowable time limit, even though I originally reported the problem on time.

I am requesting that the 2,000 Wyndham Rewards points I earned from my January 20–22, 2025 stay be credited to my account immediately.
