I tested it in my car when I got it back, and it still had the same problem. I returned it to Media Markt after 55 days at the service center and requested a replacement. They refused, stating that they would only refund the amount of the invoice. I told them that the price of the product had quadrupled since I purchased it and that the refund would make me a victim of inflation. As a result, I'm going to the Arbitration Board for professional advice.
