Xiaomi 12 Pro Severe FPS Drops In Games Despite 120Hz Display

I am using a Xiaomi 12 Pro purchased from an official Xiaomi store in India, and I have been experiencing serious FPS problems in all games, including Fortnite, for years. Although the device was advertised as supporting up to 120 Hz refresh rate, I get only between 5 and 40 FPS in games, which is far below what this hardware and refresh rate should comfortably handle. This performance problem has been present for a long time and still continues. It is not an isolated case affecting only me; many other users of the same device are also reporting similar FPS and performance issues in games. I have already tried all the usual solutions such as updating the system and games, changing settings, enabling performance modes, and even more drastic steps, but nothing has solved the problem. I request that Xiaomi acknowledge this FPS problem on the Xiaomi 12 Pro and provide an effective solution, such as a software update or optimization patch, so that the device can deliver stable and high FPS performance in games in line with its 120 Hz capability. I expect this issue to be investigated seriously and resolved through an official update or another permanent fix.
