Redmi Note 12 System Update Error! HyperOS Causes Phone Restarts on Call!

I bought two Redmi Note 12 smartphones in the November 2023 sale. But following the system update on January 25, 2024, they switched to the "Hyperos" operating system. Ever since the phones have been consistently resetting whenever there's an incoming call. After trying multiple times to reboot and reinstall, the problem continues, and customer service has not been able to fix it. As long as a new update doesn't come, the phones will keep restarting, which makes them not dependable for regular use. Even though my concern may not be resolved, I feel it's important to alert others to be careful when considering this brand and model.
