I Regret Buying Xiaomi X20 Max Due to Mapping and Tangle Issues

I bought the Xiaomi X20 Max for its advanced obstacle detection and mapping features. But I have to remap it every week because it keeps shuffling the map without any changes, creating a distorted pattern, and the rooms are blurring into each other. As if that weren't enough, it's been constantly getting tangled up in my curtains for a while now. I hadn't had this problem until two weeks ago, but I've only bought it for a year now and I can't use it anymore. What kind of obstacle detection is this? It doesn't recognize the curtains next to the wall and just gets tangled up.
