Xena Live isn’t paying my earnings for months how can I get my money?

If Xena Live hasn’t paid your earnings for months and you want to get your money;

Check your earnings & payment status first;

• Log in → Earnings / Wallet
• Note:
– Total amount owed
– Last payout date
– Any status (Pending / Processing)
• Screenshot your earnings page showing unpaid balance

Verify payment method details;

• Go to Settings → Payment Info
• Confirm your:
– Bank details / e-wallet address
– Email/phone linked for payouts
• Screenshot the payment info

Check email (including Spam);

• Search for:
– “Payment processed”
– “Payout failed”
– “Verification needed”
• Screenshot relevant messages

Complete any missing verification;

• Identity verification (KYC)
• Phone/email verification
• Bank/account confirmation
• Upload missing info and screenshot completion

Contact Xena Live Support;

• Use in-app support, help center, or official email
• Explain:
– Earnings haven’t been paid for months
– You meet payout requirements
• Provide:
– Username/account ID
– Screenshots of unpaid earnings
– Payment info

• Ask them to:
– Confirm why payouts haven’t been made
– Process your payment immediately

If unresolved or Xena Live refuses to pay fairly, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution and recover your earnings.
