Since the beginning of December, I went live on the Xena app for approximately three days through Puma Agency, represented by the agency owner Aslan. During that time, I accumulated nearly 12,000 in unpaid earnings (excluding bonuses) and approximately 2 million in quota points. Despite this, my earnings and efforts were transferred to the agency owner’s account under the pretext of “conversion,” and I was not paid anything.
The agency owner told me via WhatsApp that he needed to process a “conversion” in order to issue my payment as a gift, and that I would receive my payment at the end of the month. However, these promises were not kept, and no payment was ever made. Furthermore, I was later removed from the app under various excuses. Although Xena management was aware of the entire situation, they did not intervene, and our WhatsApp conversations were reportedly deemed invalid by management.
As a result, all of my work has gone uncompensated, and I feel clearly misled and taken advantage of. I request that Xena management and Puma Agency provide a formal explanation regarding this matter and that all of my accumulated earnings and quota-based compensation be paid to me in full.
