Xena Live Support Not Responding After Ban

My Xena Live account was permanently banned about two days ago without any explanation. Before the ban, I was using my account normally and did not engage in any rule violations, cheating, or inappropriate behavior.
After the ban, I lost access to my account and the ability to use the balance that was in it. Even though I have tried to contact the support team, I have not been able to reach anyone or find out why this happened.
I am requesting that my account be thoroughly reviewed, that the permanent ban be lifted if it was issued unfairly, and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the ban.
