I Got Banned from My Xena Account After Losing Money
I’ve been using the Xena app for a while now, and not only have I lost a significant amount of money, but I’ve also now been banned from my account without warning. This is unacceptable. I invested so much on this platform, only to be treated like this—with no explanation, no notice, and absolutely no proper support system in place to address the issue.
The app’s management is extremely weak, and it feels like there are no clear rules protecting users. I demand that Xena take immediate steps to fix this situation. If my account isn’t reinstated and my concerns aren’t taken seriously, I will pursue legal action. Users should not be treated this way, especially after spending so much on the platform. Do what’s right and resolve this now.
