I am a voice chat agency owner and broadcaster on the Xena Live app. Without any prior warning or clear reason, my account (ID: 1164299), into which I have invested a significant amount of money, was suddenly banned.
Given the amount of money I have spent on this account, I find this situation completely unacceptable. If my account is not immediately reinstated, I will take legal action against Xena Live and all responsible company executives. I am absolutely serious and determined about this matter.
I expect a prompt response and a full review of my case. Loyal and paying users should not be treated this way without explanation or fairness.
