Xena Live Refuses to Delete My Account After Request
I registered on the Xena Live app two days ago. I explored the in-app agencies and joined only one. That agency asked me to complete registration over the phone, made me a broadcaster, and connected me to their agency. Today, when I wanted to permanently delete my account and remove all connections, what I experienced seriously disturbed me.
When I contacted customer support, they directed me to the agency owner and said, “Tell the agency you joined to remove you.” Even after speaking with the agency owner, they did not remove me from the system. Instead, the process was unnecessarily prolonged, and I felt like they were passing me back and forth between them. Making such a simple and personal request as deleting my account this difficult has left me feeling mistreated and undervalued as a user.
I can still log into my account, and my phone number has been recorded by customer support. I request that all agency connections be removed immediately, and that my account and any associated personal data be permanently deleted without delay. Additionally, due to the unnecessary delay and lack of seriousness in handling this matter, I expect a written response and a formal apology.
