X Restricted My Account for 2 Years and I Can't Delete or Open a New One

I haven't been able to access my account for the past 2-3 years due to some restrictions, and unfortunately, I'm unable to create a new one. Adding insult to injury, my attempts to delete my current account are constantly thwarted by frustrating error messages. Whenever I attempt to take any action, the platform simply fails to function. Ever since X took over, the experience has significantly deteriorated, with errors occurring nearly every time I attempt to perform a task. I've tried everything I can on my end, but I haven't seen any improvement. I would greatly appreciate some sort of resolution or at the very least, a response to address this ongoing issue that has rendered the platform practically unusable.
