I’m having major issues updating my X (formerly Twitter) profile. When I try to upload a new profile photo and click “Save,” it seems like it’s processing—but after a few seconds, my old photo reappears and nothing changes.
I also tried to update my display name, but I keep getting a “profile update failed” message. Even when I open my message inbox, it shows “failed to load.” I’ve checked, and there are no restrictions or violations on my account. Everything should be working normally—but it’s not.
This issue has made it impossible for me to manage my own profile. X support, please look into this urgently and fix whatever is blocking profile changes. I need this resolved now.
