WWF Market Shorts Started Pilling After First Use — Requesting Exchange

I recently bought a pair of shorts from WWF Market, and after only a short time of wearing them, I noticed localized pilling on one side of the fabric. It looks really bad and cheap. I would like to exchange the product, as this kind of quality issue shouldn’t happen — especially with such a high price tag.

If the shorts start pilling just because you don’t wear something short over them, then what’s the point of paying this much? I’ve been pairing them with the brand’s T-shirts, which I love, but this problem has really disappointed and upset me.

I’m requesting that the product be replaced or another solution be provided to fix this issue.
