On August 12, 2025, I purchased the Bozayı Full-Zip Polar (Khaki) from the official WWF Market website (Order No. #513876). However, from the very first use, the fabric began pilling and shedding lint excessively. Even though I have only worn it four times, the sleeves and upper section are completely covered in fuzz and lint. The shedding is so bad that it sticks to my bag and other clothes, making it nearly unwearable.
I also bought a few other fleece jackets in the same order, and although I haven’t worn them yet, I’m now worried they’ll have the same issue. I honestly did not expect this level of poor quality — even cheap, unbranded, low-cost products from China don’t pill this easily. I’ve been a loyal customer and supporter of WWF, and this experience is extremely disappointing given both the brand’s reputation and the product’s price.
If WWF can guarantee that the product won’t pill again, I’d like to request a replacement with a new one. Otherwise, I would appreciate receiving another fleece of equal value, or, if that’s not possible, a full refund. Please contact me to confirm which card the refund will be issued to. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
