IQ Test Subscription Charged Me Without Clear Warning

I created an account on the website called WW IQ Test by paying approximately $1 for what was supposed to be a one-time test fee. However, on April 8 at around 3:00 AM, I noticed that an additional approximately $10 had been withdrawn from my account without my knowledge or permission. The payment was taken from my Ziraat Bank card.

I sent an email to contact the website regarding the issue, but there had been no clear or informative explanation during the payment process stating that this additional amount would later be charged. For this reason, I consider the approximately $10 withdrawal completely unauthorized and unfair.

I request that the approximately $10 taken from my card without my consent be refunded to me as soon as possible.
