I Want a Refund for WW IQ Test’s Unauthorized Charge

I created an account on the website called WW IQ Test by paying approximately $1 for a test that was stated to be a one-time purchase. However, on April 25 at around 11:10 PM, I noticed that an additional approximately $9 was charged from my Ziraat Bank card without my knowledge or permission.

I sent an email to contact the website, but I did not see any clear or informative explanation stating that this additional amount would be charged. Even though the website only showed a fee of approximately $1, I find the additional approximately $9 charge from my card completely unauthorized and unfair. My user account on the website is registered under the email address k**********@gmail.com.

I request that the approximately $9 withdrawn without my permission be refunded to my card as soon as possible and that I receive a detailed written explanation regarding this transaction. In the screenshots, only the approximately $1 transaction is shown, yet an additional approximately $9 was deducted.
