WPS Office Charging Yearly Plan Despite Canceling Within Trial Period

I am using WPS Office on my Android device and had started a trial subscription through Google Play. I cancelled the trial on 17 August, before the trial period ended, yet I was still charged the yearly subscription fee afterward. The bank record dated 20 August 2026 shows a withdrawal of ₺2,363.88 with the description “Google Play Apps,” which corresponds to this subscription. I cancelled the trial in due time specifically to avoid being charged, so I find it unacceptable that the yearly fee was taken despite my cancellation. I request that my WPS Office subscription be cancelled and that the full yearly subscription amount that was charged be refunded to my account as soon as possible. I kindly ask for this issue to be investigated and resolved promptly.
