WowApp Virtual Card Shows $25 Balance but Declines Every Purchase

Although the virtual card I created through WowApp has a $25 balance, I keep receiving a “insufficient balance” error when trying to make purchases at Puma and other merchants, and I am unable to use any of the money on the card. I have been experiencing this issue for a long time, and even though I contacted WowApp customer service, I have not received any response. There are also no deductions or transactions showing on my card. I am requesting that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that my card balance be made available for use.
