I Am Demanding Worldline Restore Manual POS Entry and Fix Eczanem Integration
I utilize Worldline’s cash register POS integration with the Eczanem pharmacy management software for our pharmacy, paying an annual integration fee for seamless payment processing. Despite paying for this service, the integration system has been down for over 24 hours, completely blocking our ability to process credit card transactions.
Compounding this failure, Worldline previously disabled the manual payment entry (Elle çekim) feature on our POS terminal. Because both the automated software integration has crashed and manual processing is blocked, our pharmacy is completely unable to accept card payments, severely disrupting business operations and patient care.
When contacted, Worldline customer support verbally agreed to re-enable manual card processing but refused to commit to a clear timeframe. Meanwhile, Eczanem support is completely uncontactable and offers zero assistance. Paying an annual subscription for a critical healthcare point-of-sale system only to experience total service failure with zero emergency fallback options is entirely unacceptable commercial conduct.
I demand that Worldline and Eczanem immediately restore integrated credit card processing and re-enable the manual entry (Elle çekim) function on our POS terminal without further delay so our pharmacy operations can resume uninterrupted.
