Wooden Star Withdrawal Pending

I have been using the Wooden Star application and earned a total of UGX 1,080,000 through the platform. On 2026-03-27 I requested a withdrawal of this amount via mobile money. However, my withdrawal has still not been delivered to my mobile money account. Inside the app the status only shows as “pending” and “processing,” and it has remained this way without any further progress or clarification. I find it unacceptable that such a large amount I legitimately earned has not been paid out, and there is no clear information about the delay. I request that my full balance of UGX 1,080,000 be paid to my mobile money account immediately, and that Wooden Star provide a clear explanation of why the withdrawal has been stuck in “pending/processing” status for this period of time. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible so that I can receive the money I earned from using the Wooden Star app.
