Wooden Star Has Not Processed My Withdrawal

I use the Wooden Star game app and requested a withdrawal of 30,000 on 21/07/2026. Despite this, my withdrawal has still not been completed and the money has not been paid to me. The company has not given me any explanation or reason for the delay. This uncertainty and lack of information is causing me serious concern, as this is a significant amount for me. I request that Wooden Star immediately process and pay my 30,000 withdrawal without any further delay and inform me clearly about the status of my account and withdrawals.
