Wooden Star Has Not Paid My 180,000 Withdrawal Request

I am writing regarding the Wooden Star application that I downloaded from an app store, on which I accumulated gains and requested a withdrawal that has never been paid. On 23/05/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 180,000, but in the application the status has remained “in delivery” ever since and the money has not been credited to me. When I tried to get help, I used the support email indicated in the application, but the link did not open any page and I was unable to reach any customer service or receive any explanation. I request the immediate payment of the full amount of 180,000 that is blocked in my Wooden Star account and a clear clarification of the status of my withdrawal.
