I am writing to report a serious issue with my withdrawals from Wooden Star. On April 2, 2026, I requested two separate withdrawals of 4,500 GHS and 7,500 GHS from my Wooden Star account to my MTN Mobile Money number in Ghana.
Since the moment I submitted these withdrawal requests, the status has only shown as “delivering,” and nearly a week has passed without the funds being credited to my mobile money wallet. This was my first time attempting a withdrawal from Wooden Star, and the experience has been very concerning, as a significant amount of money is currently stuck.
I have tried to contact Wooden Star customer support multiple times, but I have not received any response so far. There has been no clear update or explanation for the delay beyond the repeated “delivering” status.
I am requesting that Wooden Star urgently review and process my withdrawals of 4,500 GHS and 7,500 GHS to my MTN Mobile Money account. If this cannot be done immediately, I request a clear explanation for the delay along with a definite timeline for resolution. I also ask that measures be taken to prevent such issues in the future, as this situation is causing serious inconvenience and concern.
