I purchased Wondershare Filmora with a 7-day free trial, but after trying it, I didn’t like the software and canceled it. However, instead of honoring the trial terms, they refused to refund my money! How is this even legal? Why offer a free trial if customers can’t get a refund when they don’t like the product?
