Wondershare Filmora Free Trial Charged Me – Refund Denied After Cancellation

I purchased Wondershare Filmora with a 7-day free trial, but after trying it, I didn’t like the software and canceled it. However, instead of honoring the trial terms, they refused to refund my money! How is this even legal? Why offer a free trial if customers can’t get a refund when they don’t like the product? This feels completely misleading. I reached out to their support team, but they simply stated that refunds aren’t possible—no explanation, no solution. I demand that Wondershare correct this issue immediately and process my refund. If they fail to do so, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights authorities. Has anyone else faced this issue?
