Wondershare Filmora Unauthorized Monthly Charges – Unable to Cancel Subscription

I've been using Wondershare Filmora for about six years, paying ₺40 annually. However, for the past five to six months, they have been charging me between ₺30 and ₺60 every month without any prior notice! When I tried to cancel my subscription, the cancellation option simply didn’t work. I’ve emailed their support multiple times, but I haven’t received a single response. They keep deducting money from my account without my consent, and there’s no way to stop it! How can a supposedly reputable software company justify this? Wondershare must immediately resolve this issue and refund the unauthorized charges! If anyone else has faced this problem, please share how you managed to fix it!
