I've been using Wondershare Filmora for about six years, paying ₺40 annually. However, for the past five to six months, they have been charging me between ₺30 and ₺60 every month without any prior notice! When I tried to cancel my subscription, the cancellation option simply didn’t work. I’ve emailed their support multiple times, but I haven’t received a single response. They keep deducting money from my account without my consent, and there’s no way to stop it! How can a supposedly reputable software company justify this?
