Wizz Air Customer Service Refuses to Fix Booking Error
I purchased a ticket through Wizz Air for the Sofia–Brussels flight dated February 13, 2026, with reservation code M1R1DC7RE. The ticket was automatically issued with the wrong date in the system, and as soon as I noticed this error, I immediately submitted a refund request. When I contacted the Sofia office regarding this ticket, which cost approximately €28, they told me they could not take any action or provide a refund and did not offer any assistance.
I do not find it acceptable that a ticket issued with the wrong date due to an automatic system error is not refunded, especially since I applied for a correction in a timely manner. I request a full refund of the approximately €28 ticket for the Sofia–Brussels flight dated February 13, 2026, under reservation code M1R1DC7RE.
