If you deleted the WiserApp but still got billed, that happened because uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
The service keeps auto-renewing unless you cancel it in Subscriptions/Billing or through the platform you used to purchase it.
You need to log into your account on Wiser’s website or in your Apple/Google Play subscriptions and cancel the subscription there (deleting the app doesn’t stop recurring billing).
Go to your Apple ID/Google Play → Subscriptions and cancel the Wiser subscription, or log into your Wiser account at wiserapp.co and use the Cancel your subscription option; ensure you cancel at least 24 hrs before the next renewal to avoid future charges.
After cancelling, if you were charged unfairly, contact [email protected] with transaction details to request help — note that their policy says refunds aren’t guaranteed unless required by law or in exceptional cases.
